Collection Trends

  1. Accounts can be placed by simply faxing invoices with a confirmation of placement. Our Standard rate is 40% of recovered funds.
  2. 50% on claims under $300, out of business or insolvent when placed, skip traced, secondary placements and Judgments.
  3. 50% on International accounts in business
  4. Special fee arrangements may be negotiated for large, unusual accounts and by volume.

Litigation Placements

  1. Where litigation is necessary to enforce collection the rate is 50% plus court costs and/or nominal suit fee depending on balance and jurisdiction.
  2. International accounts are subject to the attorney charges and costs that prevail in the country where the suit is being filed.
